How to order

• We hold a valid Hong Kong business registration certificate. All products are directly supplied from foreign brand suppliers and we are authorized retailer and distributor

• 100% guarantee products in good condition

• This store accepts online payment: bank transfer / Paypal / FPS

• Please complete the payment within 72 hours after the order is placed, otherwise it will be considered as a discard

• If you are using a bank transfer, please print and retain the bank receipt after the settled payment. Please kindly write down the order no. on the bank receipt and Whatsapp us for record.

• We promise to confirm the payment as soon as possible and ship the order within 1-3 working days

• In order to ensure transaction is smooth and satisfied, I hope that you do not discard the order causally. For those who abandon the order twice will be blacklisted and we will refuse to trade again. Please kindly understand.

• Accept orders from Hong Kong, Macau

• From the time of payment, it takes 2-5 days for arrival in Hong Kong and 3-7 days for Macau.

• If the order includes any pre-order item, we will wait it arrive and send the completed order once.

• There are 2 ways for delivery as following ;

1) Collect from SF courier (Hong Kong Area)

• For purchases below HK$600, Hong Kong shipping costs HK$30.

• In Hong Kong, if you purchase more than HK$600 or above, you will be exempt from SF shipping.

2) Delivery to specific address by SF Express (Hong Kong / Macau Area)

• For Hong Kong order, if you purchase below HK$600, it will charge shipping costs HK$30. All purchases in Hong Kong area are free for HK$600 or above.

• For Macau order, if you purchase below HK$800, it will charge shipping costs HK$40. All purchases in Macau area are free for HK$800 or above.
